  The characteristics of the non-burning ceramsite are as follows:

  (l)High strength,especially suitable for ordinary ceramsite and high-strength ceramsite.By changing the binder,the amount of activator,reasonable formula and curing process,it can produce high-strength non-burning ceramsite,and can be adjusted at will.strength.Therefore,the non-burning process can produce ceramsite products of various strengths.

  (5)The softening coefficient is higher,and the non-burning ceramsite has a higher softening coefficient.The softening coefficient is generally greater than 0,and the high-strength ceramsite is greater than 0.9,in this respect,it is no less than the calcined ceramsite.

  (6)Acid and alkali corrosion resistance,which can be used in harsh environments.Acid and alkali all have an effect on the waste residue.Therefore,in an acidic or alkaline environment,the strength of the waste ceramsite will increase.This is it and the roasting pottery.The grain is very different.Roasted ceramsite used in acid-alkaline environments will be corroded,while non-burning ceramsite has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance and can be used in these harsh environments.
